6 cups chopped Romaine Lettuce

6 ounces Sargento Salad Creations with Cheddar and Pepper Jack Cheese

1 medium Avoado- diced

1 cup chopped tomato

1 can black beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed

1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions

Dressing:

1/4 cup olive oil

2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1/2 tsp salt

Listen… you want to take this salad to your next get together. Your friends and family will love it! It is so easy and has a great flavor. This salad always dresses up Taco Tuesday night at our house. Give it a try and let me know what you think!
