French Dip Sandwiches!
Eye of Round Roast, cut in 2 to 3 pieces
1 tsp. Rosemary Leaf
1 tsp. Sweet Basil
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Oregano
Place Roast in the Crockpot with spices. Cover the Roast with water and cook all day. Remove the Roast and add 4-5 beef bouillon cubes and some Worchestire Sauce. Blend well and allow to simmer until dissolved.
Butter and toast buns. Place sliced roast on the buns and serve with juices for dipping the sandwich.
I love a good crock pot recipe! With teenage boys who EAT and a crazy work schedule, I would be in BIG trouble without my crock pot. These sandwiches are easy to prepare and make great leftovers. I will send the leftovers to work the following day with my husband and in the the boys lunches to school. I also like to put the meat on a salad for a change of pace. Enjoy!
