Sweet friends!
I love it when God shows up, and He does a work in our life or the life of someone we love. There is nothing like it! I spent three wonderful days with a group of women from Louisiana this past weekend. (They drove from Louisiana to Arkansas to enjoy the Natural State!) Let me tell you about my new friends--- they came with expectant hearts for a move of God in and through their lives. The outcome? Lives were changed for eternity as women were saved, transformed, healed, set free, and called to serve the Lord in ministry!
We talked about being Rooted in Christ and Built Up in Christ. I am so thankful we can know, live, and share God's truth in the middle of overwhelming situations and circumstances. Here are a few pictures from our time together! It was special!

Equipping Churches to Minister to Women in Crisis is hosted by the Arkansas Baptist State Convention. This training event is designed to help ministry leaders know how to meet women at their point of need and share God's hope and peace with them. I will be serving as a keynote speaker. This event will take place in two locations:

On the Road with Ruth Conference: I will lead a three-day retreat in Northwest Arkansas for Ministers' Wives. This is a private event.

Sundae Monday: I am so excited to be with First Baptist Church Bentonville ladies for their Sundae Monday Event! We are going to talk about the beauty of the local church and how each person has a part to play in God's unfolding story of love and redemption.
